Welcome to Habana Cabana Events! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for booking and enjoying our services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Habana Cabana Events offers luxury mobile cigar experiences for private events. Our services typically include:
- Cigar bar setup with premium boutique cigars
- Cigar education and etiquette guidance for guests
- Optional cigar and whiskey pairing experiences
- Event enhancements such as custom cigar bands, tropical décor, and themed setups
We provide our services as an experience. We do not sell individual products to guests; all products are included as part of the event service fee paid by the event host or organizer.
2. Booking & Payment
- An invoice will be provided outlining services and costs.
- Payment of the invoice confirms the booking and constitutes agreement to the terms and services described.
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total fee) is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
- Payments are made via PayPal, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may transfer their deposit to a future booking within 12 months.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit.
- In the rare event Habana Cabana Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full.
2. Venue & Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure that cigar service is allowed at their chosen venue.
- A safe, designated outdoor or indoor well-ventilated area must be provided for cigar service.
- Our services are for adult guests 21+ only. Valid ID may be required for whiskey pairing experiences.
- The client is responsible for communicating any venue-specific restrictions to Habana Cabana Events prior to booking.
5. Liability & Safety
- Guests participate in cigar experiences at their own risk.
- Habana Cabana Events is not liable for any injury, allergic reactions, health issues, or property damage related to cigar use or smoke exposure.
- The host is responsible for maintaining a safe environment and supervising guest behavior.
6. Customizations
- Custom cigar bands and branded materials must be approved in writing before production.
- Client-provided logos or artwork must be high-resolution and free of copyright restrictions.
7. Photography & Media
We love capturing our setups! Unless otherwise requested in writing, Habana Cabana Events reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing purposes.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closures, strikes, or natural disasters.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
